Whitetail Hunting Kentucky uses information to answer inquiries, arrange hunts, and operate this website.

## Information you share

When you call or text us, we use the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, preferred dates, and group size, to respond and plan your trip. Bookings and payments are arranged directly with us. This website does not offer customer accounts or online checkout.

Our galleries include guest and hunting photos. Contact us if you would like a photo identifying you removed. A parent or guardian should handle inquiries for minors.

## Website services

Our hosting providers process technical information, including IP addresses, browser details, and page requests, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies for security and authorized access. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Reviewer photos and video previews may load from Google, which receives your browser request when they load. Playing a video loads YouTube's player. These services follow [Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). Other websites we link to have their own privacy policies.

## Google reviews

Our Whitetail Hunting Kentucky Reviews integration connects to Google with the business owner's permission to read business listings and display reviews. This includes reviewer names, photos, ratings, comments, dates, and business replies. Visitors do not need to sign in to Google. The integration does not edit listings or post replies.

We use Google data only for this reviews feature, not for advertising, sale, or AI training. Our use and transfer of this data follows the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements.

## Storage and sharing

We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, and encrypted storage for Google authorization tokens. Our service providers process information as needed to operate the site. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Inquiry and booking records are kept as needed for trip arrangements and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Technical logs follow our providers' retention practices. Google review copies are refreshed periodically; copies older than 29 days stop displaying and are cleared the next time the review service runs.

Google authorization remains stored until disconnected. The business owner can disconnect to revoke access and delete the stored authorization and review cache, or revoke access through [Google Account settings](https://myaccount.google.com/connections). Reviews on Google and previously imported website content are not deleted by disconnecting.
